Job description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team full-time. Schedule is Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm with occasional fluctuations in start time. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, and ensuring that all areas are safe and sanitary. Duties include but are not limited to: Cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, trash duties, using a water-fed pole system, power washing, floor tech, carrying loads up to 50 lbs, and light manual labor with Engineering. Use of a lift is sometimes required. 24-hour security on site. Secure underground parking provided. Uniform and laundry services provided. Sick pay provided per California State. Zip code 90210. Duties - Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies. - Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas. - Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. - Wash windows with squeegees and/or water-fed pole system. - Hose down and/or power wash areas - Use floor tech equipment - Perform work on lifts and ladders; assist with light manual labor and lifting - Notify management of any repairs needed. Requirements -Full time, $23/hour,English and Spanish languages preferred, reliable transportation required. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. - Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or related field preferred. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects. - Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
