Janitor- PART TIME

Department: Human Resources Location: Chicago, IL Join Our Team at Search Inc. – Part-Time Janitor Needed! Are you detail-oriented and take pride in keeping spaces clean and safe? We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Janitor to join our team! This role supports two locations, the Planet Access Store in Lincoln Square, Chicago, and the Ignite Program site located in Evanston, IL. We’re looking for a Part-Time Janitor to help us keep two important locations looking their best: • Planet Access Store –Lincoln Square (Chicago, IL) • Ignite Program –Evanston, IL Position Details: • Hours:10 hours a week (schedule varies – flexibility required) • Pay:$21.00/hour • Location:Chicago, IL and Evanston, IL (must be able to travel between both sites) What You’ll Do: • Keep our retail and program spaces clean, safe, and organized • Handle light maintenance tasks • Make sure supplies are stocked and equipment is in good shape • Follow safety rules when using cleaning tools and chemicals • Be ready to help with unexpected needs, like weather-related clean-ups • Work independently while keeping your supervisor updated What We’re Looking For: • Janitorial or maintenance experience is a plus • Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs • Comfortable with physical tasks like bending, reaching, and kneeling • First Aid certification • Able to reliably travel between both locations At Search Inc., we believe every role makes a difference.
