Incumbent will perform a full range of custodial duties related to the care, maintenance and cleaning of all assigned buildings and facilities. Keeps Lead/Manager apprised of unique situations and problems encountered. Pay Rate: $25.56/hourly Work Model: OnsiteResponsibilities: Essential Duties & Job Functions: • Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors. • Removing chips, trash, and other refuse • Dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures. • Polishing metal fixtures or trimmings. • Providing supplies and minor maintenance services • Cleaning lavatories, showers, restrooms, windows, and air vents. • Responsible for timely reporting of accidents, injuries, and hazardous situation • Perform all other work-related duties as assigned. Accountable For: • Timely completion and accuracy of all work. • Working closely and harmoniously with other employees. • Adherence to contract requirements, safety and health regulations, and companyJob Requirements: Mandatory: • General knowledge of hand and power tools. • Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. • Must have excellent organizational skills. • Mature judgment and ability to work with little or no supervision. • Be a U.S. Citizen or a legal resident alien. • High school graduate or equivalent. • Valid state driver’s license with excellent driving record (must provide current driving record). • Must be able to pass a background investigation. Preferred: • At least 2 years of Janitorial experience. • At least 2 years of Floor Care experience (buffing, stripping, waxing, polishing).
