Janitor

Temp to Hire $15.00/hour Bilingual Prefered (Spanish/English) Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. * Empty trash and recycling bins regularly. * Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office areas. * Dust and wipe down surfaces, including shelving, equipment, and windowsills. * Restock cleaning supplies, paper towels, and soap. * Assist other departments as needed * Follow all safety procedures and regulations. * Assist with other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). * Prior experience in a janitorial or custodial role is a plus. * Ability to lift and move heavy objects (e.g., trash bags, cleaning equipment). * Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. * Dependable and able to work independently. * Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is an advantage. * Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
