Job Posting: Part-Time Janitorial Cleaning (Once a Week – $230/Month) We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced janitorial professional to clean an office space once a week. This is a part-time, contract position with a monthly pay of $230. Schedule: • Once per week (you can suggest the day/time) • Must maintain a consistent schedule Compensation: • $230/month Job Responsibilities Include: • General office, restroom, and kitchen/breakroom cleaning • Weekly, daily, and monthly maintenance tasks (see scope of work below) • Restocking restroom and breakroom supplies • Taking out trash and recycling • Maintaining cleanliness standards throughout all designated areas Requirements: • Prior janitorial/cleaning experience required • Must have reliable transportation • Ability to work independently and maintain high cleaning standards • Must be trustworthy and punctual Resume Attachment: Scope of Work (Janitorial Services) Title: Janitorial Cleaning – Scope of Work Client Location: J&J Service Frequency: Once weekly Contract Rate: $230/month Service Type: Office Cleaning, Breakroom, and Restroom Maintenance General Cleaning Services – Every Visit Areas: Entrances, reception, offices, hallways, breakroom/common areas • Vacuum carpeted areas and protective mats • Clean fingerprints from glass doors • Sweep and mop all hard floors (including corners/edges) • Empty all trash receptacles; replace liners and remove to collection point • Dust and spot clean desks, tables, counters, cabinets, etc. • Clean and disinfect sinks, drinking fountains, and office equipment • Clean smudges from walls, doors, and partition glass • Disinfect door handles and surrounding wall areas • Maintain cleanliness in supply rooms, training and conference rooms Breakroom/Kitchen Area – Every Visit • Sweep and mop floors • Wipe tables, counters, appliances (inside/out) • Clean and disinfect microwaves, vending machine buttons, etc. • Remove trash and replace liners • Restock paper towels, soap, and other supplies as needed Restrooms – Every Visit • Sweep and mop floors • Empty trash and sanitize containers • Disinfect sinks, toilets, urinals, and fixtures • Clean mirrors and dispensers • Restock toilet paper, seat covers, soap, paper towels, and feminine products • Sanitize high-touch surfaces like doors and light switches Weekly Tasks • Dust all office furniture (horizontal surfaces) • Wipe keyboards, monitors, phones • Clean chair bases and breakroom seats • Dust air vents (up to 10’), woodwork, and wall hangings • Clean breakroom doors and marks on walls • Polish dispensers and bathroom fixtures Monthly Tasks • Dust vertical surfaces (furniture, chair legs, baseboards) • High dust ceilings, corners, door tops, and vents • Dust and clean window blinds (both sides) • Vacuum upholstered furniture • Polish desks, shelves, etc. • Spot clean walls, light switches, and door frames • Dust artificial plants Job Type: Part-time Pay: $230.00 per month Work Location: In person
