Job description Experienced Cleaner Needed! Position Summary: Cleans public and private facility areas, and commercial and industrial buildings. including mopping, sweeping, scrubbing/waxing floors, vacuuming/shampooing carpet, and floors, removing trash and other refuse, dusting and/or high dusting of fixtures, equipment, and other designated structures (May utilize catwalks for certain areas), Cleaning showers and restrooms, maintaining equipment and supplies. Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and have the ability to climb stairs as needed or required. The essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by requirements and business needs. Positions require a driver's license and a clean record.
