Janitorial Maintenance

Overview We are looking for a full-timeJanitorial Maintenance workerto support daily operations at our fabrication and industrial space in Torrance. You’ll work across both shop and office areas. Responsibilities: • Clean and service 10,000+ sq ft shop floor (daily sweep) • Empty and dispose of trash & recycle from workstations, offices, and restrooms • Clean breakroom • Clean the Shop restroom • Clean up the shop’s scrap metals • Wipe down machinery exteriors (light surface cleaning only) • Restocking Janitorial Supplies • Use approved cleaners and equipment per SOP to avoid damage • Other maintenance/janitorial tasks as assigned Requirements: • Able to lift up to 50 lbs (trash bins, supply boxes, floor machine) • Familiar with OSHA shop safety protocols • Can follow written cleaning and maintenance checklists • Previous janitorial experience preferred • Safety awareness: Understanding and adhering to safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE Requirements: • Able to lift up to 50 lbs (trash bins, supply boxes, floor machine) • Familiar with OSHA shop safety protocols • Can follow written cleaning and maintenance checklists • Previous janitorial experience preferred We offer: • Health Insurance • Stability and steady hours • Friendly shop environment • $19.00 per hour INDJF Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 per hour Benefits: • Health insurance Experience: • Janitorial: 2 years (Preferred) • Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred) • Industrial/Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred) Language: • Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
