Janitorial Quality Control Manager

A franchise commercial cleaning company is currently seeking a hard-working and dependable individual to assist our franchise owners/janitors in the Houston, Texas area. In this position you will inspect buildings, visit clients, train cleaners in basic commercial cleaning procedures and floor care systems. You must be able to handle multiple customers and locations. Knowledge of various floor care procedures as well as good communication skills is a must. Candidate should have a strong sense of urgency, the ability to professionally communicate with a broad client base, able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. The right candidate will possess a take charge attitude, professional appearance, ability to execute directives and enjoy interaction with others to help achieve goals in a fast-paced up-scale business environment. Compensation consists of excellent salary, commissions, car and phone allowance as well as medical, dental, vision, disability and 401(K) benefits.
