Summary We are seeking a Janitorial Worker to join our dedicated team at Flagship Facility Services LLC in the US. This role is crucial in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding service and support to our clients. This position is an ON-CALL POSITION. For a couple months, this will be a 5:00am-1:30pm Monday-Friday schedule.THIS POSITION WILL NEED TO TRAIN FOR 1-2 WEEKS FROM 1:00AM-9:30AM. Responsibilities • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting. • Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. • Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials. • Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing as needed. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. • Follow established safety protocols while performing cleaning duties. • Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by supervisors. • Qualifications • Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles. • Strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks. • Familiarity with floor care techniques is a plus.
