Job Description
Position: Customer Support at Moving company- Japanese Bilingual
Office; Houston TX 77032 (on-site)
$18-23/hourFull-time
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
β’ Provides customer services including forwarding, delivery details, processing orders, handling complaints or general assignment as defined by the department or branch. In some offices and/or branches customer service staff may act as assistants to the sales staff.
β’ Customer inquiry response and research
β’ Business support including bookings, board tracking, maintaining work profiles and rates
β’ Respond to customer inquiries or requests through direct contact via telephone and email as well as drop by at the front door, telephone and email as well as drop by at the front door
β’ Communicate with internal and/or external sources to secure information
β’ General business support function as assigned includes on board tracking with carriers. Making booking as necessary with carriers and advising flight information to the clients.
β’ Update and maintain work profiles and rates per managementβs updated information
β’ Handle other job assignments as determined by the direct supervisor
β’ Must be Bilingual English/ Japanese as this position must be able to communicate fluently with customers

β’ Good communications skill β listening, providing and receiving feedback
β’ Process improvement
β’ Bilingual English/ Japanese
β’ Patience β ability to deal with complex processes that may involve multiple levels of approval
β’ High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience. Some college desirable.
β’ Strong quantitative and analytical skills
β’ Strong computer and analytical skills β PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Organization Relationships:
Will work with all levels in the organization as well as Customers.
Work Environment:
