Job Description

Brief Description: Enterprise Data Governance (EDG) is responsible for establishing practices to enable the correct handling and usage of inventory data across the global business. This person will support and develop a Java UI application. They will also provide backup support for an Informatica application.

Essential Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance a Java UI application that connects to 65 data sources to retrieve data based on a data subject access request.
• Provide backup support for an Informatica Test Data Management application used to mask personally identifiable information in test environments.

Education/Experience and Competencies

• At least 3 years of experience of development using Java to create user interfaces and connect to various different types of databases and APIs using ODBC and other access methods.
• Good experience as a developer using the Informatica tool and especially their Test Data Management module.
• Good experience of working with XML format data.
• Self-starter who doesn’t need to rely on being told what to do at each stage of the implementation process.
• Experience of small-scale development using Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI and similar technologies would be an advantage.
