Job-Site Support Driver (Production Teams)

Job Description Kore Roofing is a fast-growing roofing company serving the Phoenix area. As we expand, we are looking for motivated and dependable drivers to support our production teams. Position Overview: We are seeking a Driver / Production Support team member to assist our roofing crews. This role involves operating company trucks and trailers, transporting materials, and providing hands-on support at job sites. The ideal candidate is a safe driver, comfortable with trailers, and willing to work alongside our crews in the field. Responsibilities: • Safely operate a 3/4-ton truck and pull dump/material trailers • Load, transport, and deliver roofing materials to job sites • Pick up supplies and dispose of job-site debris when needed • Back trailers into tight spaces and job sites safely • Climb ladders and access rooftops to assist crews when required • Lift and move heavy materials as part of loading/unloading • Support roofing teams with general labor and site preparation • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain clean equipment Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL not required) (must) • Experience driving trucks with trailers, including backing and maneuvering (must) • Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs safely (must) • Physically able to lift 50–80 lbs (must) • At least 2 years of roofing and construction experience is preferred. • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic • Previous roofing, construction, or material handling experience is a plus Compensation: This is a full-time position.
