Our Practice: We are proud of our three state-of-the-art, JCHO certified offices, including one with a fully equipped ambulatory surgery room. Our practice, spanning three locations in Santa Cruz, Watsonville, and Salinas, ensures an excellent work-life balance with majority dentoalveolar surgery with minimal hospital call.

The Role: We are on the lookout for a motivated and dedicated oral and maxillofacial surgeon ready to embrace a full-time role. The successful candidate will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our strong referral relationships. This role demands a high level of efficiency in task delegation, operational management, and fostering a culture of collaboration and support across our team.
