Sourcing Director/VP - experienced in leading and developing sourcing activities, managing adequate supply base and continually improve supplier performance.

Sourcing Manager/Sr Manager- experienced in coaching, developing andleading a high-performing team of Procurement Professionals to enable thestrategic sourcing at L'Oreal.

Buyer/Sr Buyer - Manage the purchasesof part of the factory's purchasing portfolio at the lowest cost and in harmonywith the Group's industrial policy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Responsibility for operational risk control (quality ofprocurements, compliance with timelines)

- Play a major role in cost reduction and cost control

- Execute sourcing processes and the negotiations of contractsin order to maximize L'Oreal'sresults and improve the bottom line growth

- Select and manage supplier performance by monitoring precise indicators relating tosocial, environmental and ethical criteria and through their ability toinnovate
