Key Responsibilities: • Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. • Diagnose issues accurately and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal system performance. • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent future problems. • Maintain accurate records of all work performed and communicate effectively with customers and team members. • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure the well-being of yourself and others. Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician. • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Commitment to upholding our core values of Integrity, Accountability, Perseverance, and providing Wow Service.
