Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of construction and carpentry, demonstrating proficiency in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The will play a crucial role in executing projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities • Perform construction estimating for project planning and budgeting. • Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision. • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. • Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and fabrication as needed. • Install rebar for structural integrity in concrete projects. • Conduct roofing, siding, and stucco installations. • Manage woodworking tasks including cabinet installation and door hanging. • Provide maintenance person services including plumbing, electrical work, and minor repairs. • Participate in restoration projects such as water damage restoration and mold remediation. • Execute flooring installation, tile laying, and construction painting tasks. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
