Job Overview We are seeking a skilledJourneyman Electrician with 3+ years of hands-on experiencein residential and light commercial electrical work. This role involves installations, maintenance, and repairs, with a strong focus on safety, customer service, and quality workmanship. Job Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with the NEC and local codes. • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions; determine required repairs and materials. • Evaluate customer requests, prepare work orders, and provide clear price for projects. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. • Collaborate with dispatch, team members, and other trades to complete projects. • Operate with safety as a top priority for both yourself and the customer. • Accurately document jobs using tablet-based field software (ServiceTitan experience preferred). Requirements • Journeyman-level electrician(valid in Clark County/Las Vegas). • 3+ years of residential and/or light commercial electrical service experience. • Strong knowledge of NEC regulations and safety standards. • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions. • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer communication skills. • Team player who can also work independently. • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; background/drug screening required.
