BENEFITS • $75K–$95K+ annual earnings with uncapped commissions • Weekly pay + bonuses • Paid Generac Certification and continued specialty training • Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance • 401K with company match • Paid vacation + holidays • Year-round work with guaranteed 40 hours/week • Company vehicle, uniforms, and iPad provided • Tool account program • Clear career advancement pathways OBJECTIVES • Install and service residential electrical systems, including generators, panel upgrades, and premium electrical upgrades • Perform generator diagnostics, maintenance, and replacement • Conduct thorough electrical inspections and recommend professional solutions • Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and pass all code requirements and inspections • Educate homeowners on system use, maintenance tips, and safety protocols • Provide professional recommendations that increase customer comfort, safety, and home value • Use CRM and job documentation tools to track service, materials, and completed work • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work vehicle COMPETENCIES • Strong residential electrical knowledge and diagnostic skills • Professional communication and customer interaction skills • Comfortable educating homeowners on electrical systems and upgrade options • Ability to manage projects with efficiency and attention to detail • Experience with generator systems and panel upgrades preferred • Proficient in CRM or job management tools EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License required • High school diploma or GED required • Minimum of 3 years residential electrical experience preferred • Generator experience preferred; Generac training provided • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Standing, bending, climbing, working in small spaces and at heights • Lifting up to 50 lbs • Exposure to varying indoor/outdoor temperatures • Use of standard safety gear • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and working with hand tools SCHEDULE • Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM • Rotating on-call schedule for after-hours service calls COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY Malek Service Company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
