Journeyman Electrician

Job description MUST HAVE TDLR JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN LICENSE! ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for assembly, installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical equipment and wiring systems in commercial and industrial ground up projects. • Electrical knowledge and hands-on experience. • Be able to read blueprints and electrical drawings. • Prepare work area for installation of equipment. • Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances per drawings or plans. • Install and Bending 3” and 4" Rigid Pipe • Install optimizers. • Installs or helps install cable tray. • Pull/terminate and test large conductors. • Connects wiring and equipment as per code and job specification. • Operates tools such as power threaders, power pullers, and hydraulic benders. REQUIREMENTS: • Working knowledge of Electrical Blueprints. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation • Install and Bending 3” and 4" Rigid Pipe PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The job requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, and rain. Able to work 8 -10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime, weekend, and night shifts as necessary.
