We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber who can deliver world-class service today, and help us grow, manage, and lead the entire plumbing department tomorrow Key Responsibilities: • Perform plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair for residential service calls and high-end new construction projects. • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues while ensuring compliance with all codes and safety standards. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. • Collaborate with contractors, builders, and high-end clients to deliver best-in-class plumbing solutions. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and customer communication. • Train, mentor, and lead future apprentices and plumbers as the department grows. • Partner with management to develop standards, processes, and best practices for the new plumbing division. Qualifications: • Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (required). • 5+ years of residential and/or new construction plumbing experience. • Strong knowledge of Texas plumbing codes and safety requirements. • Ability to work independently with a self-starter mindset. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Leadership qualities with a strong interest in growing into a department management role. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
