Here’s What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be our go-to day-shift plumber, handling the most common and urgent maintenance issues in residential and small commercial buildings. You’ll drive to sites across Los Angeles County, diagnose problems fast, and perform high-quality repairs that last. From replacing a leaking kitchen faucet in a tenant’s unit to repairing broken shower valves or unclogging a multi-unit sewer line, you bring professionalism and precision to every job. Your day-to-day may include: • Diagnosing and repairing water and drain lines, faucets, shower valves, toilets, and garbage disposals • Removing and replacing toilets, water heaters, and shut-off valves • Clearing stoppages and clogs using augers and snakes (25 ft to 100 ft) • Communicating clearly with tenants, supervisors, and team members • Using property management software to close out jobs and log parts used • Ensuring cleanliness and care in occupied units, our tenants’ homes You Have These Qualifications • You haveat least 2 years of plumbing experience, ideally in on-site residential repair and maintenance • You’reauthorized to work in the U.S., with a valid California driver’s license and current auto insurance • You own a reliabletruck or vanand your ownplumbing tools • You’re fluent in bothSpanish and English, written and spoken • You’re comfortable workingMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM It Would Be Nice If • You’ve worked withAppFolio,Property Meld, or similar maintenance tracking platforms • You’ve handledcommercial plumbingin retail or small office buildings • You’ve got experience withbasic drywall, patching, or electrical troubleshooting • You take pride in workingclean, fast, and independently • You’ve taken recentFair Housing or safety training Ready to Join the Team?
