Journeyman Plumber

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. As a Journeyperson Plumber, you will be responsible for performing a variety of plumbing tasks, including maintenance, repairs, and installations. This role requires a strong foundation in plumbing, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Duties:** - Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems, including drains, water heaters, and fixtures. - Respond to emergency service calls and perform repairs and installations as needed. - Read blueprints and diagrams to diagnose and repair plumbing issues. - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair complex plumbing systems. - Conduct basic math calculations to ensure accurate installation and repair of plumbing systems. - Operate a vehicle to travel to job sites and transport equipment and materials. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of heating systems and their integration with plumbing systems. - Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and effectively. - Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. **Skills:** - Ability to maintain and repair plumbing systems in a commercial setting. - Experience with field service and the ability to work independently. - Maintenance Person skills and experience with general construction and repair. - Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to read blueprints and diagrams. - Proficiency in basic math calculations. - Knowledge of heating systems and their integration with plumbing systems. - Ability to build and install plumbing systems, including piping and fixtures.
