Journeyman Plumber – 10+ Years Experience Pay:$42 – $45 per hour |Work Location:San Diego County – Multiple job sites Schedule:Monday–Friday | 8-hour shift | Rotational on-call as needed About the Role We are seeking alicensed Journeyman Plumberwith10+ years of professional experienceto join our well-established, year-round operation. This is a stable, full-time role for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys mentoring apprentices. You’ll work primarily onresidential apartment complexesthroughoutSan Diego County, supported by a strong team and equipped with the tools and resources you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities • Assemble, install, and repair piping systems in compliance with plumbing codes and specifications. • Skilled inPEX, copper, galvanized steel, ABS, and gas poly lines. • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to exact specifications. • Install fixtures, appliances, valves, and pipe assemblies. • Diagnose, detect leaks, and perform repairs using professional methods. • Read and interpretblueprintsand building codes to plan and execute work. • Direct and mentor helpers or apprentices. • Installgreen plumbing solutions(tankless water heaters, low-flow fixtures). • Maintain accurate work records and ensure all projects meet company quality standards. Apprentice Experience and 5 Yrs. Journeyman Plumbing experience. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism. Physical Requirements • Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly. • Bend, crawl, kneel, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions. • Navigate uneven terrain and access confined spaces as needed.
