Journeyman Plumber

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in plumbing systems, construction, and maintenance. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proficiency with various hand and power tools. The Journeyperson Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks. • Conduct field service work to troubleshoot plumbing issues at client locations. • Execute maintenance tasks on existing plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality. • Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites to prevent accidents or injuries. • Engage in heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: • Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing codes. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues effectively. • Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations during installations. • Ability to perform assembly tasks related to plumbing fixtures and appliances. • Comfortable with heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities on job sites.
