This role involves the installation, modification, and repair of a wide range of plumbing systems in commercial and industrial environments.Key Responsibilities • Install, modify, and repair utility, supply, and disposal systems • Work with systems including water, sewage, gas, oil, compressed air, vacuum, and acid • Set and connect plumbing fixtures such as water closets, heaters, hydrants, valves, and pumps • Read and interpret blueprints to lay out plumbing systems for underground rough-in and top out phases • Install DWV (Drain, Waste, Vent), domestic water, natural gas, and medical gas systems • Perform soldering, brazing, threading, and Pro Press techniques • Conduct pressure testing and leak detection • Cut openings in structures to accommodate piping systems • Install underground storm, sanitary, and water piping systemsQualifications • Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing • Completion of a recognized plumbing apprenticeship program • Valid state plumbing license or eligibility to sit for the Texas exam • Experience in HVAC/mechanical systems in commercial or industrial settings • Strong understanding of plumbing codes across jurisdictions • Ability to read blueprints and meet project deadlines • Detail-oriented, punctual, and thrives in fast-paced environments • Must have a valid driver's licenseBenefits • Paid vacation and holidays • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Life and disability insurance • Career advancement and training opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
