Journeymen/Tradesmen Plumber

Licensed Journeymen/Tradesmen Plumber with 5+ yrs. of experience needed Location:Houston/Spring, TX 77379 Pay:$30 - $40 -DOE Will require some travel in Houston/Spring, and surrounding area! Temp to hire for the right candidate! Responsibilities • Must have knowledge with commercial, residential, and service side of plumbing. • Interpret and work from schematics to execute projects accurately. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks. • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems as required. • Perform pipe threading and assembly tasks as part of plumbing installations. • Conduct remodeling and new projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and building codes. • Lift heavy materials and equipment safely while maintaining efficiency on the job site. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines. • Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project specifications. Skills • Must be a licensed Journeymen / tradesmen in Texas. • Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings. • Strong experience with hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction. • Knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation and maintenance practices. • Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations. • Ability to perform pipe threading with precision. • Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. • Versatile maintenance person skills for various repair and maintenance tasks. • Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job. • Must be able to pass background check. • Must be able to pass a drug screening. • Must be 21 yrs. or older with valid driver's license. • Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 yrs.
