Jr. Logistics Specialist

A day in the life:  

• Freight Brokerage Account Management: Working alongside our experienced team members to deliver superior customer service and management of our customers’ freight needs.

• High Volume Interactions: You manage the movement of our clients’ goods, ensuring that they are picked up, transported safely, and delivered on time according to the clients’ expectations. You function as the liaison between clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers. 

• Rate Negotiations: Secure opportunities through effective transactional and contract rate discussions. 

• Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to deliver top-notch freight solutions. 

• Shipment Tracking: You collaborate with carrier partners and shippers, overseeing the full lifecycle of every shipment in your given book of business. 

 
Qualifications:  

• Actively pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Sales, or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Dependable work ethic.

• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
