Jr. Project Manager

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the tech team. The successful candidate will be pivotal in bridging the gap between our tech team and traders, ensuring prompt and seamless collaboration and efficient project execution. This individual will be a quick learner who understands the fast-paced crypto trading environment and will be responsible for managing projects and tasks to completion. This includes understanding the intricacies of each task, prioritizing effectively, and adapting to rapidly changing priorities. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, allocate resources, and communicate clearly with both technical and trading personnel to ensure that projects are delivered on time. They will also be adept at identifying and mitigating potential risks, troubleshooting issues, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and tasks between multiple tech & trading teams at the same time
• Manage the ticket and project management systems and assist tech team members with composing ticket content
• Understand the tasks and their urgency in a limited time
• Identify relevant stakeholders in the tech team and keep track of their project progress
• Manage project timelines and monitor project progress
• Control and know how to shift urgency and pipeline
• Communicate effectively with both traders and tech teams
• Identify risks for various projects

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management
• Experienced in working with software engineers
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• (preferred) IT Application support background
• (preferred) Tech Spec presentation experience
• (preferred) Knowhow in tech documentation tools like, gitlab or jira.
