Our trading teams are each comprised of a dynamic group of traders, quantitative researchers, and engineers who work together to examine the global markets, seeking to understand the complexities of various traded products and exchanges. They leverage their impeccable statistical analysis and data mining skills, using the results of their research to make forecasts and develop profitable predictive trading models.

What you’ll do:

• Help build, manage, and maintain a sophisticated validator infrastructure and tooling of the world’s top proprietary trading firms.
• Take responsibility for a wide range of on-chain infrastructure, including validators, light clients, and RPC nodes
• Support Jump’s new business initiatives by helping configure new infrastructure across DeFi trading and MPC custody.
• Experiment with the newest technologies and keep your finger on the pulse of new developments in the blockchain ecosystem.
• Contribute to external partnerships that directly impact Jump’s bottom line.
• Other Duties assigned as needed

Skills you’ll need:

• A passion for blockchain technology.
• Willingness to move quickly, work in a flat, fast-paced team and juggle competing priorities.
• Previous experience with managing proof-of-stake blockchain infrastructure, preferably on Solana or Ethereum.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, Kubernetes, and managing cloud-based infrastructure.
• Degree in computer science, math, similar technical field or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with on-chain trading, DeFi, and risk management is preferred, but not required.
