Junior Accountant, Accounts Receivable

What you can expect:

• Manage the AR inbox and distribute emails efficiently among team members.
• Respond to customer emails regarding billing and collection matters, particularly on straightforward requests.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve customer issues and improve billing and collections processes.
• Upload invoices to the customer portal and fill out customer forms to facilitate timely payments.
• Record and reconcile customer payments.
• Help with customer invoicing as required.
• Assist in monitoring overdue accounts and contribute to collection efforts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Help with AR monthly reports on key metrics and financial results.
• Assist in projects related to the automation and process improvements of the AR team.
