Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.

THE ROLE 

New Guards Group is looking for a Junior Accountant, GL & VAT for its administrative department who will directly report to the Accounting Coordinator.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Accurately record and maintain financial transactions in the general ledger;
• Perform reconciliations of various accounting accounts to ensure data precision;
• Support VAT-related activities, ensuring compliance with current tax regulations;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to overall financial success;
• Support the team in other different activities, when needed;
• Manage requests from internal/external auditors.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• At least 6 months’ experience in accounting activities in structured companies and with international business;
• English proficiency;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software;
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Flexible and with spirit of adaptation in a dynamic reality;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
