Responsibilities

Materials & Finance Junior role is located in Costa Rica and under the direction of Data Governance Organization This position will support operations by registering and updating materials and finance key data, and materials and finance relationship data within the organization in accordance with the policies and procedures established by Data Governance Organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform maintenance of materials and finance records in accordance with predetermined SLAs
• Validate and update current data to ensure integrity and reporting
• Work with business and cross functional teams in obtaining requirements for materials and finance set up and modifications
• Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships, share recommendations, and escalate as needed
• Customer service for Latin America and North America.
• Proactive in troubleshooting issues before they arise
• Assist in driving standardization and optimization of customer master maintenance
• Meet controls in the process
• Timely completion of urgent deliverables
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or relevant university studies in course).

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Master data (required)

• Advanced English Skills B2+(required)
• Intermediate Portuguese Skills B2 (desired)
• SAP knowledge.

• 1 Year in current role (internal candidates)
