JUNIOR ASSOCIATE - BATH & BODYCARE

PHILOSOPHY GLOBAL MARKETING - NEW YORK, NY

COTY is looking for smart leaders who are tenacious, passionate, and fearlessly kind.

We're looking for a motivated individual to join the Luxury Global Marketing team at Philosophy. In this role you will report to the Manager of Global Marketing, assisting with day-to-day development of new launches.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Building marketing, footprint and catalogue photography briefs for new initiatives
• Helping to manage artwork and copy processes and routing (gathering translations, building copy sheets, artwork review) providing feedback to Managers.
• Assisting project development by helping to manage tasks in Coty systems (code creation, Prometheus, Anaplan, SAP, Esko)
• Competitive reports: keep team up to date on new launches, interesting instore activity, and campaigns
• White space ideas: identify white space opportunities for the category based in consumer research and competitive analysis
• Support teams on presentation preparation (NPD pulls, presentation slides, competitive products, offering books, etc)
• Support team in getting product comps made, product ordering and invoices approved

QUALIFICATIONS

We'd love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

• Candidate brings enthusiasm and curiosity for the beauty industry
• Some prior relevant marketing or beauty industry experience
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong task management & organizational skills
• Undergraduate degree required

Desirable:

• Experience using NPD DecisionKey ideal but not required
