We are seeking a motivated and skilled (Junior) B2B Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our Demand Generation team in a hybrid role, based in Berlin or Hamburg. In this position, you will support the Senior Manager in implementing our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and managing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms. Furthermore, you will empower the sales team by utilizing opportunities provided by sales intelligence tools. This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact while expanding your expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage performance marketing campaigns (6sense, Meta, and other paid social/display platforms) to achieve objectives such as brand awareness and lead generation
- Support audience segmentation and distribution within 6sense
- Provide creative teams with clear briefs on campaign and content requirements
- Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and align them with business objectives
- Prepare and deliver reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly stakeholder updates
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on tracking, product roadmaps, and campaign alignment
- Empower the sales team by providing insights from 6sense Sales Intelligence tools
- Assist in creating materials for leadership reviews
Qualifications
Requirements
- Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing channels, with a strong focus on Display and Paid Social (minimum 1 year in a B2B setting)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides, with the ability to model data, generate actionable insights, and create visually compelling reports
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt under pressure
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Nice-to-have: Hands-on experience with 6sense or similar ABM platforms and knowledge of additional paid channels or tools, such as LinkedIn Ads or HubSpot
