Project description Converged Process initiative focuses on a "Full Self-Service Certification" solution which supports the certification of all types of mobile devices targeted for all channels through a single self-guided experience, which can be refined and maintained by the customer with no limitation or restrictions. Responsibilities Assist in creating and updating Jira workflows, issue types, fields, and screens to support Agile development processes. Help maintain Jira boards, filters, and dashboards for development and QA tracking. Perform basic front-end and API testing under the guidance of senior QA engineers. Assist in reproducing and documenting defects found during testing, ensuring they are logged accurately in Jira. Update Jira tickets to reflect accurate status, priorities, and sprint progress. Support backlog grooming by preparing, organizing, and linking related Jira issues. Run simple automated test scripts or assist in test execution during regression cycles. Help with release tracking, linking Jira issues to builds, and verifying completion of workflow transitions. Participate in sprint ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to stay aligned with team priorities. Document Jira workflow updates, training notes, and team process changes for internal reference Skills Must have Basic understanding of React and JavaScript fundamentals (coursework, bootcamp, or internship experience). Familiarity with Atlassian Jira for issue tracking and workflow navigation. Strong organizational skills for managing tasks across multiple Jira projects. Ability to clearly document steps, results, and updates in Jira tickets. Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology. Willingness to learn test automation basics and API testing concepts.
