Junior Carpenter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Carpenter to join our team, specializing in bespoke, high-end interior renovations. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual with up to 5 years of experience to contribute to exceptional projects and further develop their craft. Responsibilities: • Assist lead carpenter with all phases of interior renovation projects, including framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and finish carpentry. • Perform precise measurements and cuts. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. • Learn and implement new techniques and best practices in high-end carpentry. • Collaborate effectively with team members and other trades. Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, the ability to think critically and solve problems independently. • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors. • 3 to 5 years of experience in carpentry, preferably with some exposure to interior renovations. • Possession of a valid and up to date 40 Hour Site Safety Training (SST) card. • Strong understanding of carpentry tools and techniques. • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. • Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
