Junior CRM & Content Specialist

At Mito Digital, we are super proud of the tools and interfaces we create: apps, websites, and other complex digital solutions for telcos, lottery companies, and aviation brands all over the world. We are looking for a Junior CRM Specialist who will help our CRM Specialist ensure that a huge amount of content for our client is personalized enough for people to actually read it, not just scroll through it. Sounds exciting? Start scrolling, but slowly!

• Coordinating day-to-day content translations for the website and the mobile application of the client
• Create and implement personalized digital experiences for customers, which deliver greater satisfaction (like emails people love to read, or push notifications which make your thumb itch).
• Managing change requests related to content
• Create and coordinate the sending of push notifications. It’s like sending DMs to a million friends!
• Support the creation of localised versions of email templates in HTML based on instructions and upload them to the newsletter distribution software (don’t worry if your Armenian is a bit rusty, we have translators)
• Test email templates and schedule mass mailings to make sure that everything works smoothly
• Administration of marketing automation software: creating segments, reports of previous activities, etc.
• Monitor and track email and push notification campaigns. It’s like checking whether your million friends actually read your DMs and emails.

What we expect from you:

• A strong command of the English language, since you will work with colleagues from all over the world, and for customers all over the world
• Experience with HTML / CSS
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience with web fonts (“I’ve seen them on the web” might not cut it)
• An eye for aesthetics, an attention to detali (Noticed it? Great!). Remember: nobody likes content with overlaying photos and unreadable text, other than the folks on Tumblr.
• Be proactive! If you see a missing piece or find something that could be improved, feel free to speak up. Others will appreciate it.
• The ability to work in cross functional teams.

We would be extremely happy if you:

• Have experience with Photoshop / Figma / Sketch / Zeplin.
• Have worked in an agile environment before
• Have created basic reports in Google Analytics
• Are familiar with JavaScript. If you would like to know it better in the future, we’d love to help you with that.
