Role Overview As aJunior Customer Service Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for customers at events, promotional sites, and retail locations. You’ll handle enquiries, provide product information, and ensure a smooth customer experience while supporting our marketing campaigns. This is an on-site role that involves face-to-face customer interactions at events and promotional locations.
