• Design and develop custom process solutions to meet customer needs

• Code solutions within software products (e.g. scripted extensibility standalone applications web services)

• Collaborate with customers and third-party contractors throughout project lifecycles

• Create and execute test plans and scripts manage development and oversee deployments

• Ensure system stability and timely issue resolution

• Manage project lifecycle including testing bug fixes user acceptance testing and monitoring

• Mentor customers on relevant technologies

• Develop and maintain project documentation for administrators and end users

• Provide administrator training and end-user support

What We're Looking For

• 1-5 years in .NET (C#) web services (REST SOAP) process design and SQL (Microsoft SQL Server)

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (Word Excel Visio PowerPoint)

• Experience with HTML CSS JavaScript third-party integrations and troubleshooting

• Preferred experience with OCR RPA ECM industry ABBYY Hyland and/or cloud platforms (AWS Azure)

• Strong skills in project discovery business requirements gathering and workflow configuration

• Excellent communication teamwork and ability to work independently

• Ability to multitask meet deadlines and manage projects effectively
