As you gain confidence and begin developing relationships with clients, we’ll support your transition into a dual role that includes business development and account management. You’ll eventually manage your own book of business while still leaning on your strong estimating foundation. What You’ll Do: • Prepare/sending accurate and competitive estimates for HVAC and piping projects (up to $10M) • Perform detailed take-offs from architectural and mechanical plans/specs • Break down material, labor, subcontractor, and equipment costs • Manage bid documentation, proposals, and vendor/subcontractor communication • Collaborate with the senior estimating team and project managers • Begin building client relationships as part of your long-term transition into sales • Communicating with mechanical engineers and responding to RFI’s • Communicating with clients to address questions and clearly outline inclusions and exclusions Who We’re Looking For: • 1–3 years of experience in mechanical or piping estimating, especially commercial work in the Phoenix market • Estimating software knowledge (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, BuildOps) or a strong desire to learn • Strong technical and analytical skills with an interest in building client relationships over time • Someone who isfocused on estimating today, butopen to growing into a sales role • Understanding of construction drawings, specs, and take-off processes • High attention to detail, follow-through, and strong communication • Further education in construction management, engineering, or trade programs a plus Why You’ll Love It Here: • Real Mentorship– We’ll help you grow technically and professionally • Skill Building– Learn both the estimating process and the art of selling work • Career Growth– Your path doesn’t stop at estimating — it evolves • Meaningful Work– Help win the bids that build Phoenix’s most exciting commercial projects Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) 4% Match • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Referral program • Vision insurance Ability to Commute: • Phoenix, AZ 85027 (Required) Work Location: In person
