Junior Facility Specialist with English and Polish

Requirements:
1-year experience on multitasking position (preferably in admin/facility area)
Good MS Office knowledge
Knowledge of English (min. B2 level) and Polish language
Customer orientation
Organizational and analytical skills
Eye for details
Flexibility
Proactiveness and independency
Responsibilities:
Office administration, Reception activities
Ensuring proper building and space maintenance
Executing purchasing process
Preparing required reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policy and rules

Cooperation with facility and admin vendors
Supporting DC Head, another Departments and Co-workers in administrative and facility related activities, events organization
Support in mobile phones management process
