Junior, Graphic Designer

Description: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Composite stylized imagery to align with brand standards. • Compose educational assets for e-com product pages • Design marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and digital assets. • Designing compelling call-to-action elements that encourage purchase. • Create visual merchandising mockups to showcase ideas and concepts. • Develop event graphics and visuals with quick turnaround times. • Collaborate with the team to ensure design consistency across projects. • Adapt to various design tasks and support other departments as needed.Requirements: • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. • A creative mindset with the ability to problem-solve and innovate. • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude. • A portfolio showcasing your design skills (required). • Physical demands: Sitting, Typing, Frequent Standing and Walking, Occasional lifting (less than 25 lbs) • Must be available to work onsite 5x a week. The starting hourly rate for this position in the selected city is $25.00 - $30.00 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
