TownSq is a modern API platform with integrated tools and processes created for the homeowners’ association (HOA) management industry. The TownSq Marketing Department is looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Creative Director, the ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and producing a diverse range of graphic, print, web, and digital media collateral. This role requires knowledge of all aspects of design and the ability to develop creative ideas and work in a fast-paced environment. The individual will work closely with our Marketing Team and internal stakeholders.Requirements
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Marketing Team to deliver creative work and ensure brand consistency across campaigns, content, promotions, etc., through a variety of channels
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for ads, brochures, signage, banners, emails, flyers, postcards, logos, social media graphics and other artwork
• Assist with designing collateral and articles for our in-house lifestyle magazine
• Remain fluent in understanding and interpreting design strategy
• Deliver high-quality, on-brand designs with little oversight
• Knowledge of content creation for socials
REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-3+ years of relevant experience required
• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in a relevant fieldorequivalent combination of education and work experience
• Mastery demonstration of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong attention to detail
• Great taste, instincts, and knowledge of emerging design trends
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage many projects at once and meet tight deadlines
• A solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and provide solutions to capture goals and exceed business needs
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good time management and organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience working closely with internal marketing team
• Agency experience
• Interest in video/podcast
