Junior Marketing and Sales Associate

Company website: www.lagoonfurnitures.com Job Description: In this dual role, you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient office operations while actively supporting our marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to manage various marketing campaigns, oversee showroom activities, and assist with daily administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: (1) Marketing Duties: • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other marketing activities. • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email newsletters, and digital platforms. • Create engaging content for our website, blog, and social media to attract and retain customers. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. • Collaborate with graphic designers and team members to produce promotional materials. (2) Sales Operation Duties: • Handle online inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally via our CRM (HubSpot). • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our internal ERP system (QuickBooks). • Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized. • Provide product information and recommendations to assist customers in making informed decisions. • Support the property manager in communicating with our commercial tenants. Qualifications: • Proven experience in an administrative role; marketing experience is a plus. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus. • Bilingual is a plus. • Familiarity with ERP (QuickBooks) and CRM (HubSpot) systems is advantageous.
