Junior Marketing Brand Project Manager

As a Junior Marketing Brand Project Manager for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

• Managing multiple project plans and effectively communicating timelines to internal teams and stakeholders
• Launching campaigns and proposing optimizations to increase candidate engagement
• Creating content, copy, and design for multiple, concurrent global career site landing pages to best represent consistent employer branding using a content management system
• Collaborating with the warehouse to manage inventory and Swag requests from stakeholders
• Increasing engagement through social campaigns and uploads for multiple employer brand channels including YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Analyzing landing page traffic metrics and creating UTMs and AKA links

Requirements

You have:

• 2+ years of experience in Communications or Marketing
• Experience building marketing content, including developing visual concepts
• Creative thinker to help get critical messages out in a meaningful and impactful way
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to write professional documents and to use appropriate communication methods
• Experience in driving marketing strategies
• Manage high volume work, multitask, and prioritize deliverables for multiple audiences

You might have:

• Experience working in a B2B tech environment, preferred
• Experience working at Microsoft
• BA/BS in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, or related field
