Whether your background is rooted in graphic design, advertising, or another creative business discipline, if you’re ready to grow your career at the intersection of creativity and strategy, this is the place for you.What You’ll Do As aJunior Marketing Designer(Digital Focus), you’ll collaborate closely with theMarketing team and partners across leasing, development, and corporate functionsto create high-quality, purpose-driven design work that advances Endeavor’s brand and business goals. • Design a variety of materials— including brochures, flyers, proposals, offering memorandums, presentations, digital campaigns, and social media graphics — that communicate clearly and look exceptional. • Ensure all materials align with Endeavor’s brandstandards and uphold a consistent, professional image across platforms. • Support digital content creation, including website graphics, digital advertisements, email marketing, and social media visuals that drive engagement and visibility. • Collaborate with internal stakeholdersacross Leasing, Development, and Capital Markets to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions. • Manage multiple design projectssimultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality. • Maintain organized marketing assets, templates, and image libraries for efficient team use. • Stay currenton design and marketing trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh, strategic ideas to the team and enhance creative impact. • Think like a marketer— approach each project with an understanding of audience, messaging, and business objectives to create design that truly connects. • Go beyond aesthetics— over time, you’ll develop a deep understanding of how creativity and strategy work together to deliver real business impact.What We’re Looking For • Acollaborative team playerwho thrives in a fast-paced environment and values open communication. • Someone with a strongdesign foundationwho’s also eager to understand thewhybehind creative decisions and how they align with broader marketing goals. • A designer who balancescreativity with strategy— knowing that the best work solves business challenges, not just visual ones. • Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) and familiarity with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. • Strongorganizational and time-management skillsto manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Aproactive, positive attitudewith a willingness to learn, experiment, and take on new challenges. • Bonus:Experience or interest in photography, video, email marketing, and/or CRM platforms.What You’ll Gain • The opportunity to sharpen your design skillswhile learning how strategic marketing shapes creative work. • Exposure toreal estate development, leasing, brand-building, and campaign strategy. • Mentorship from a marketing team that values creativity, curiosity, and continuous growth. • Opportunities to expand intodigital, social, and strategic marketingas your career evolves. Your Background • Associate or bachelor's degree ingraphic design, advertising, marketing, communications, or a related fieldthat blends creative and strategic coursework. • 1–2 yearsof professional or internship experience as part of a creative or marketing team, in-house or agency. • Motivatedrecent graduateswith strong portfolios are welcome to apply. • Interest indigital marketing, social media, or web designis a strong plus.
