What You'll Do

• You will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations to drive KPI improvements, profitability, manage strategic partnerships, and ensure operational resilience.
• You will develop and implement operational strategies to improve warehousing network for rapidly growing market.
• You will optimize last mile and reverse logistics management to drive down costs while simultaneously improving customer service satisfaction.
• You will ensure accurate and efficient inventory management whilst working with procurement and commercial teams to optimize stock levels.
• You will provide actionable insights based on key operational metrics reports to support decision making.
• You will work closely with APAC and EU teams to ensure strategic partnerships will integrate well within Emma eco-system.

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelors in Engineering, and/or Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, Accounting, or any similar degree from a reputable university.
• Language proficiency in English.
• Experience in managing warehousing efficiency, inventory management, and driving favorable negotiation results is a plus.
• Project management experience that drives cost and process efficiency.
• Strong understanding of WMS, ERP and inventory control systems.
• Excellent analytical and executional skills to initiate and drive strategic decision making.
