Job Description
The B2B Commercial Team is the engine driving Nord Security’s growth in the corporate cybersecurity sector.

Main Responsibilities
- Work with an innovative business security solution that is used by thousands of customers worldwide;Â
- Manage the portfolio of partners to ensure their success, growth, and retention;
- Engage in day-to-day communication with partners to ensure we are maximizing their experience;
- Identify and utilize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities;Â
- Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business results that improve performance;
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve better results and proactively identify process improvements;
- Be ready to handle some manual tasks such as reporting, invoicing, refunding, and others;
Core Requirements
- Relationship management and problem-solving skills;Â
- Presentation, communication, and collaboration skills are essential as meetings with business partners are happening regularly;Â
- Ability to analyze information and data, identify patterns, and draw insightful conclusions to drive effective problem-solving and recommendations;
- Flexibility, proactivity, and ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent and fast-paced team environment;Â
- Enthusiasm, a strong sense of initiative, and learning attitude;Â
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 1660 - 2480 EUR/Month. The bonuses will be paid based on the results achieved.
