Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Running end to end payrolls for our UK based customers.
  • Gathering and validating all data and information required to successfully run a client's payroll through our payroll software platform.
  • Work with our Payroll operations team to ensure a successful service to our customers.
  • Work closely with the Implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding project to live operation.
  • Update the Payroll Manager with the latest status including the escalation of risks and issues impacting the project.
  • Working with the payroll operations to become confident in responding to customer payroll queries.
  • Gaining payroll knowledge from payroll operations in order to start to become a payroll professional for UK payroll.
  • Operate end-to-end payroll process on monthly payrolls for allocated clients (including processing the PAYE Submission, FPS and EPS submissions to the HMRC, net pay transfers and HMRC payments).

Requirements:

  • Received a degree in the any of the following fields: Accounting, Finance, Economics and Business Studies.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and ability to quickly analyse data and come to solid conclusions.
  • Superb client engagement skills and confident in engaging with and building relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be motivated, professional and able to work on own initiative, with the capacity to be a versatile team player - flexible, proactive and pragmatic.

Desired Skills

  • Any Payroll Software experience is an advantage
  • High level of Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Any experience in other HR functional areas: People Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, Time & Attendance, HR Shared Services, Compensation and Benefits.
