Junior Plumbing Estimator

As a Jr. Plumbing Estimator you will: • Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to assist with accurate plumbing takeoffs and estimates • Support the estimator in verifying proposal accuracy and collecting necessary project data • Assist in preparing plumbing estimates that comply with current codes, builder standards, and project requirements • Help manage bid schedules and ensure timely proposal submissions • Communicate with builders, field managers, and suppliers to clarify project scope, track changes, and confirm materials • Maintain and update project records to ensure estimates reflect the most current information • Perform other duties as assigned by the estimator or managementThis is a full time/temp to hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach • Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and Outlook • Dependable, flexible, and quick to adapt to changing priorities • High School Diploma or GED • Experienced plumbing projects, preferably in new residential construction • Skilled in reading construction plans and architectural drawingsPay Rate:$20.00 per hour • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
